How our B2B client acquisition works
Five steps from your ideal client profile to a call on your calendar. We run each one for you, and you follow it in your panel.
From a picked company to a call on your calendar
Five steps we run for you, on behalf of your company. You can follow each one live in your panel.

We agree with you who your ideal client is
On the kickoff call we describe the company your offer helps most: industry, size, market and the person who makes the decision. Everything that follows is built on that profile.

We check every company before we reach out
We read its website and look for one specific thing that could be fixed or used. That way the first contact is about the recipient's business, not about us.
We are delighted to open our second office in Leeds this spring.

Questions about how we work
How do you pick the companies you reach out to?
We start with a conversation about your ideal client: industry, company size, market and the person who makes the decision. Then we look for companies that match that profile and check each one on its website. A company only makes the list if we can say something specific about it. You see the list in your panel before we reach out to the first company.
Who handles the conversation with interested buyers?
Your manager, on your behalf and in the tone agreed before launch, usually within a few business hours. They flag interested leads in your panel, book the time on your calendar and send a reminder. Anything that needs your decision, such as a pricing question outside your offer, goes to the top of the list.
What does the first contact with a company look like?
Every message is written for one company and one person. It carries one observation from their website, one useful tip and a question about whether we may send a proposal. Tone, offer and the scope of what we promise on your behalf are agreed with you, and you approve the first drafts before launch.
Which markets do you cover?
The US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, Western Europe and Poland. Target markets and the outreach language are agreed before launch, and the number of markets depends on your plan.
What do I see in the client panel?
Picked companies with their card and why they fit, the outreach history with each one, replies with their status, booked calls and weekly reports. Anything waiting for your decision sits at the top.
How often do I talk to my manager?
Every week. On Start your manager sends you a written weekly summary, on Growth you get a 15-minute call and on Scale a 30-minute call. The weekly report is in every plan, in your panel and in your inbox.
What are you accountable for, and how do I check it?
Everything that leads to a call: the number of picked and checked companies per month written into your plan, launch within 21 days, an answer to every interested reply within your plan's window and a weekly report. You can see each of these in your panel. How many calls turn into deals also depends on your offer, which is why your manager refines the client profile and the messaging with you every week.

Describe your company and the market where you want clients. Within one business day we reply with a proposed client profile and plan.
